Refund & Exchange Policy

We keep it simple and fair. Here's everything you need to know.


The 14-Day Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. After that, we're unable to process anything — so don't wait.


When You Can Return or Exchange

You're eligible if:

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving the item
  • The item is in its original, unused condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • The item has a manufacturing defect (wrong print, damaged stitching, etc.)

When Returns Are Not Possible

We can't accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The 14-day window has passed
  • The item has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • The package is incomplete (missing tags, packaging, etc.)
  • The item is a customized piece with an error made by the customer
  • The item falls under hygiene or consumable product categories

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed at the time of return. In some cases it may take 3–7 working days to reflect depending on your payment method.


Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable. We cover shipping on replacements for items that are defective due to manufacturing.
